4. Final Design
In the final design phase, I provide all the necessary design drawings and quotes for production. A detailed schedule of the design products and finishes is compiled for you and your building team to refer to throughout the project. This comprehensive documentation ensures that everyone involved has a clear understanding of the design plan, facilitating a smooth implementation process.
5. Project Management
This phase is optional, but many clients find it beneficial to alleviate the stress that can come with running a project of this kind. Having a great design is one thing, but executing it to bring your vision to life is another. This includes ordering and supplying products, conducting regular site visits to check progress, providing regular updates, and serving as the main point of contact for the job. Our project management service ensures that your project is completed smoothly and to the highest standard.
6. Furniture Procurement
This optional service adds the finishing touch that makes a house a home. Selecting furniture, objects, and art can be overwhelming, but I can help make the process much easier. Working with you, I carefully select pieces that complement the finishes and fittings chosen throughout your home, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious design.

The Process
1. Consultation
Every project begins with a one-hour design consultation, providing us the opportunity to meet and discuss your specific requirements, budget, timeline, style, and ideas for the space. This initial meeting allows us to understand your vision and ensures that we can provide an accurate quote for our services. During the consultation, I will share a wealth of initial ideas and inspiration that you can take away, giving you a glimpse of the potential for your space.
2. Concept Deisgn
The design process starts with in-depth discussions and sharing of images that showcase various styles, finishes, layouts, and products. After gathering and understanding your preferences, I will create a 'look and feel' presentation to reflect the design style of your project. This presentation is refined through collaboration until you are satisfied with the design direction. At this stage, I also begin developing conceptual joinery designs, lighting layouts, or space planning if required.
3. Development Design
Once the concept design is approved, we move into the development design phase. During this stage, I will source all required finishes, fittings, and equipment (FF&E). Detailed 2D drawings and 3D renders will be produced to give you the best possible indication of how the space will look. These will be presented to you along with physical samples and mood boards to ensure every detail aligns with your vision. We also coordinate with contractors and suppliers to refine the design, ensuring feasibility and adherence to your vision.
